This innovative joint venture between public and private entities aimed to deliver state-of-the-art solutions in project construction, operation, maintenance, EPC, and consulting services, among others, showcased by UPL. The inception of the Company dates back to 1995, following the pioneering reforms introduced by the Government of India in the power sector.
